These terms explain the conditions for using this website and booking a live immersive aerial experience with Curaçao Sky Views.
Services Offered
Curaçao Sky Views provides a live immersive aerial experience in Willemstad, Curaçao. Guests use immersive goggles and audio equipment to enjoy a guided real-time aerial view experience.
The experience is entertainment and tourism-based. It does not require guests to operate a drone.
Bookings
- Bookings are subject to availability, weather, safety, technical readiness, and operational conditions.
- Bookings are currently available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Weekday or private booking requests may be arranged separately through WhatsApp, depending on availability.
- Guests are responsible for entering accurate contact details, booking details, and preferred date/time information.
Prices & Currency
All package and add-on prices are shown in USD. The total price is shown before the customer confirms the reservation. Prices may be updated from time to time, but confirmed bookings will follow the price shown at the time of reservation unless a correction is needed because of a clear error.
Payments
- Customers may submit a reservation request online through the booking page.
- Online card payments, when enabled, are processed through a secure hosted payment page.
- Customers should not enter card details into the website contact form or booking message fields.
- Payment must be completed using the method selected or agreed with Curaçao Sky Views.
Order Review
Customers should review their selected package, add-ons, date, time, payment method, currency, and total before submitting a booking. Guests should keep a copy or screenshot of their reservation confirmation and payment receipt for their records.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late arrival, no-show, weather, safety, and technical cancellation rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. By booking, customers agree to those policy terms.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests should arrive on time for their reserved experience.
- Guests should follow staff instructions while using goggles, headphones, seating, and related equipment.
- Guests should tell staff before the experience if they feel unwell, dizzy, uncomfortable, or unable to safely use the equipment.
- Guests are expected to use the equipment carefully and respectfully.
Safety & Service Changes
Curaçao Sky Views may delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel an experience if weather, safety, equipment, technical, operational, or local conditions make it necessary. If we cannot deliver the experience for these reasons, guests may reschedule or request a refund for any amount already paid.
Website Use
Customers agree not to misuse the website, submit false booking details, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with booking, payment, or communication systems.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is used to respond to messages, manage bookings, provide customer support, and process reservation/payment-related communication. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
